The other day, a guest arrived with a llama as an emotional support animal. I didn’t know whether to check them in or call Animal Control! It’s moments like these that remind us to expect the unexpected in hospitality. Anyone else have a funny check-in story?
I’ve worked with both composite and traditional materials in high-stress environments, and one thing I’ve found is that proper testing during the early design phase can really help predict long-term performance. For instance, using impact tests can provide insights into how these materials behave under real conditions. Have you considered running some of those tests on your composites?
I can totally relate! I once had a guest check in with a parrot that squawked at everyone — , it was chaotic! Just goes to show we really do get the wildest surprises in hospitality.
