Improving Staff Engagement Through Training

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we can enhance staff engagement in our training programs. Recently, we incorporated role-playing scenarios that relate directly to guest interactions, and I’ve noticed a positive shift in enthusiasm. Has anyone else tried something similar? I’d love to hear your experiences and suggestions.

It’s like trying to explain the difference between a ‘goblet’ and a ‘cup’ to someone who just wants a drink.

I totally agree! Simplifying terms like ‘hypertension’ makes a big difference. Do you find visuals help too?.

I’ve found that incorporating feedback sessions right after training really boosts engagement. It gives staff a chance to voice their thoughts and feel valued. Have you thought about implementing something similar?
