Negotiating with suppliers in 2024

As we move into 2024, I’ve been reevaluating our supplier contracts to ensure we’re getting the best value while maintaining strong relationships. Has anyone had success with specific strategies for cost control in terms of amenities or technology this year? I’d love to hear your insights?

I’ve found that focusing on renegotiating service levels rather than just prices can yield better long-term relationships. For example, we shifted to a performance-based model with our tech suppliers, which has really cut down costs. Have you considered that approach?

It sounds like keeping service levels in mind is key! I’ve been exploring bulk purchasing for amenities since it can really help in cost control without sacrificing quality. Curious if anyone else has seen success with that approach, especially with tech upgrades?
