Protecting ADR while filling Sunday

At D-7 we’re 83% for Saturday at $209 BAR but only 38% for Sunday; I’m weighing a 2-night MLOS with a $10 Saturday lift versus a 10% LOS discount to pull demand into Sunday without nuking ADR. For those who’ve tested both, which moved occupancy more efficiently for you, and did it cannibalize weekday length of stay?

I’d run MLOS-2 on Saturday and market a fixed “$20 off Sunday when you stay Sat+Sun” instead of 10% — keeps ADR optics clean and puts the discount only on the soft night. Cap it to about 20 rooms and push it direct/mobile-only; if pickup’s flat by D-3, open a tiny opaque block for Sunday so you’re not just moving peas around the plate. @Rae, can your CRS fence that Sunday incentive by channel and room type?

At D-7 with Sat 83% at $209 and Sun 38%, I’m with @edmund_p96 on fencing the discount: Sunday-only $25 off for Sat arrivals (member/mobile) and lift Sat BAR $15 to offset. Drop the fence once Sun clears about 55% by D-3 so you don’t drag ADR. That protects weekday LOS because the benefit only triggers on Sat arrivals.

Given D-7 timing, push a Sunday-only ‘parking+breakfast’ package; keep $209 BAR. Cap 25 rooms?
