We currently run a 25-point daily inspection with ATP spot checks (goal <50 RLU) and a 3 pm walkthrough, but my scorecard is clunky for new supervisors… Does anyone have a clear, printable template that ties each task to standards and includes a retraining section, ideally one page front/back?

Building on @mia_huang77, I use a front/back zone×task scorecard with a “Std Ref” column, an ATP box per surface with prefilled RLU targets, and a back-side retraining log (cause/coach/date + QR to the SOP) so new supes aren’t playing Whac‑A‑Mole; single-sided works too with a legend. Want the printable PDF or the editable version?
Have you considered adding a quick reference to brand standards on the back? It could streamline things during the 3 pm walkthrough… @kelsey_ryder92, thoughts?
